Section 4.4 (p. 36) says:

      Else { 

          Retrieve the associated label operation from the 
          corresponding NLFE and proceed to step 4 (Label Operation 
          check). 

It should say:

      Else { 

          Retrieve the associated label operation from the 
          corresponding NHLFE and proceed to step 4 (Label Operation 
          check).

NLFE -> NHLFE
