It should say:

AttributeCertificateVersion1-2009
      { iso(1) member-body(2) dod(6) internet(1) security(5)
        mechanisms(5) pkix(7) id-mod(0) id-mod-v1AttrCert-02(49) } ;

Notes:

Oid was used from the wrong arc. THis change corrects the arc used for the OID number.
