Section 8.2.1 says:

The Description of SHA1ProcessMessageBlock, on page 31, says:

 * Parameters:
 *   None.

This is not true, as can be seen subsequently in the source code.
The RFC should say:

 * Parameters:
 *   context: [in/out]
 *     The SHA context to update
