Section 3 says: 

      A Message Tracking Status Motification (MTSN) is intended to be
      returned as the body of a Message Tracking request [RFC-MTRK-MTQP].
                                                 ^^^^^^^

It should say:

      A Message Tracking Status Motification (MTSN) is intended to be
      returned as the body of a Message Tracking response [RFC-MTRK-MTQP].
                                                 ^^^^^^^^
