Section 7.4, pg.34 says:

[[  first paragraph on page 34: ]]

|  The RTP receiver MUST process the report blocks contained in any RTP
   SR and RR packets to complete its view of the RTP session.

It should say:

|  The RTP receiver MUST process the report blocks contained in any RTCP
   SR and RR packets to complete its view of the RTP session.
