Section 1.2.5. says:

If receivers are several hops
   removed from the first PGM network element, the efficacy of NAK
   suppression may degrade.

It should say:

If receivers are several hops
   away from the first PGM network element, the efficacy of NAK
   suppression may degrade.

Notes:

This is simply a stylistic suggestion in the wording choice.
