Section 12, pg.44 says:

  pwDeletedNotifEnable  OBJECT-TYPE
     SYNTAX      TruthValue
     MAX-ACCESS  read-write
     STATUS      current
     DESCRIPTION
        "If this object is set to true(1), then it enables the
|        emission of pwDeleted notification; otherwise, this
         notification is not emitted."
     REFERENCE
        "See also [RFC3413] for explanation that
         notifications are under the ultimate control of the
|        MIB module in this document."

It should say:
