Section 12, pg.43 says:

[[ REFERENCE clause of pwUpDownNotifEnable OBJECT-TYPE: ]]

        "See also [RFC3413] for explanation that
         notifications are under the ultimate control of the
|        MIB module in this document."

It should say:

        "See also [RFC3413] for explanation that
         notifications are under the ultimate control of the
|        MIB module in that document."

Notes:

Rationale: "this" in the given context is likely to be understood
as pointing to "this" RFC, RFC 5601!
