Section A.3.1 says:

   We chose these two since they"re the best and worst cases,
   respectively, for jitter and we wanted to supply rough guidelines for
   EF implementers choosing to use WRR or similar mechanisms.

It should say:

   We chose these two since they're the worst and best cases,
   respectively, for jitter and we wanted to supply rough guidelines for
   EF implementers choosing to use WRR or similar mechanisms.

Notes:

Fix double-quotes to apostrophe and note order of "best" and "worst"
