Section 4.1 says:

     algorithmIdentifier  identifiers the signature algorithm and an
     associated parameters used to produce the POP value.

     signature  contains the POP value produce.

It should say:

     algorithmIdentifier  identifies the signature algorithm and
     associated parameters used to produce the POP value.

     signature  contains the POP value produced
