Section 3.5 says:

DKIM-Signature: a=rsa-sha256; d=example.net; s=brisbane;

It should say:

DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; d=example.net; s=brisbane;

Notes:

The example is missing the v= tag which MUST be included.
