Section 5.3.1 says:

      (DAV:needs-privilege): The DAV:bind privilege MUST be granted to
               ^          ^
      the current user on the parent collection of the Request-URI.

It should say:

      (DAV:need-privileges): The DAV:bind privilege MUST be granted to
               ^         ^
      the current user on the parent collection of the Request-URI.
