Hello -

A revised draft for the requirements for plain-text RFCs has been
posted. The most substantive change is the inclusion of some page
layout information pulled from the old Style Guide. That type of
information was not included in the revised Style Guide, and it seemed
useful to keep somewhere for the plain-text format.

I do not consider this draft complete, but please be mindful about
repeating discussions already had on this list and offer new discussions
in their own threads.

Thanks,
Heather
