Proposed format:

         [ErrYYYY]  RFC Errata, RFC Erratum RFCXXXX-YYYY,
                    <http://www.rfc-editor.org/errata/YYYY>.

(...and set up the web server to rewrite/redirect 
<http://www.rfc-editor.org/errata/YYYY> to 
<http://www.rfc-editor.org/errata_search.php?eid=YYYY> for now).
