Re-running calls for candidates is becoming common - once, twice, even three times. This makes it difficult to meet a timeline for appointments, and turns recruiting into a continuous ongoing activity.

I have a request.
Do we have a mailing list on which recruitment issues might be discussed? I understood it to be diversity at ietf.org or ietf-nomcom at ietf.org, but I'm willing to be told that I'm out of touch.
I am watching list after list being co-oped for folks' complaints about leadership positions. These are lists that have defined topics. iab at iab.org is a discussion list among the IAB and can be used by the community to talk with the IAB. rfc-interest is a list for the discussion of the RFC series. ietf at ietf.org is a general discussion list on IETF topics that don't have a more specific list. ericas at irtf.org is about "Emerging Regions Internet Challenges And Solutions", which I would understand to be technical issues. I'm seeing discussion of diversity (specifically women, and not mentioning black, asian, hispanic, or other "political correctness" groups) and complaints about leadership and recruitment.
Is there any chance we could use these lists for their intended topics, including diversity@ and ietf-nomcom@, rather than just blasting all lists with the topic?
