As far as I understand the requirement is to have multiple paragraphs 
inside a list item. Such as in 
<http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/draft-ietf-httpbis-p2-semantics-25.html#rfc.section.8.3.1.p.11> 
-- is there something I'm missing?
