Greetings again. In discussing ASCII art and graphics, the -00 draft says:
   A compromise has been proposed between the two positions, one that
   would have graphic art referenced as a separate document.
It should be noted that another proposal, that had the support of multiple people, was made: the publication format, and possibly the canonical format, be one that allows graphics in the format.
