Lots of extensions are documented in
<http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/rfc2629xslt/rfc2629xslt.html#extensions>.
Beyond that, we probably will want to allow markup to specify additional
contact information (such as a plain-ASCII variant), *maybe* more
flexibility in contact information, and also more flexibility with
references (where people currently abuse <seriesInfo> because there's
nothing else that works for them).
There are other things that need to be fixed, for instance related to
list handling (paragraphj break in list items, artwork in list items, etc.)
