[rfc-i] new RFC search page (beta)

Hi,

The new features are good, thanks much.

Minor quibbles:

1. It would be good to have a "compact output" option which shows less
detail and in particular reduces multi-line entries.

2. The "Title" column is really too narrow.

3. Why do the links open a new window or tab? In most cases that
clutters the screen for no reason.

4. How about some search options like whole-word and case-(in)sensitive?

Regards
   Brian Carpenter

In 2013, it will replace the existing search page (http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfcsearch.html). The primary changes from the existing search page are as follows.
