Some ideas are not worth supporting at all. This community seems to 
ignore that concept on a regular basis.

IF this idea goes forward, however,

	- it seems fine to provide an alias to addresses already
	in an RFC

	- anything beyond that which tracks/changes those aliases
	to follow authors MUST be opt-in ONLY
