Hi Olaf,

it's great that this finally gets attention.

One thing that should be made clear though is that in order to support 
this in xml2rfc *properly*, vocabular (DTD) and code changes will be 
needed. (I'm volunteering to do the work for rfc2629.xslt; but that's 
it...).
