draft-iab-rfc-editor-model-v2-02 is an IAB document.  Its relation to 
the IAOC is through BCP 101 and not through conventions that the IAOC 
has developed.  If the IAOC wants to be referred to in a particular 
way, it may end up having to reopen BCP 101.
