[rfc-i] AUTH48 Status Pages

Greetings,

As mentioned previously on this list, AUTH48 status pages are
available. For example:

  http://www.rfc-editor.org/auth48/rfc5662
  http://www.rfc-editor.org/auth48/rfc5664

For each document in AUTH48 state (i.e., final author review), this
page provides a list of the relevant people and whether they have
approved the document for publication. The list includes each author
in the first-page header, and potentially Area Directors whose
approval has been requested for specific changes. In rare cases, the
list would include others, such as WG chairs.

These pages are intended to make clear which approvals are pending,
not to replace the current email-based AUTH48 process. That is, we
will still send notifications, questions, and reminders to the
relevant parties.

For the convenience of those listed, the page includes links to the
original I-D, edited document, diff file, and XML source file (when
available). Although this increases the visibility of the edited
document, please note that it is not the published RFC. Upon
publication (i.e., announcement on rfc-dist and ietf-announce mailing
lists), the AUTH48 status page will no longer be available.

There are links to the AUTH48 status pages from the queue page
(http://www.rfc-editor.org/queue2.html) and individual cluster pages
(e.g., http://www.rfc-editor.org/cluster_info.php?cid=C53).

Please let us know if you have suggestions for these pages.

Thank you.
