The Bidders Conference was held on 3 June and lasted almost 4 hours.   
ISI made excellent presentations.

NOTE:
The period for questions to be submitted to rpelletier at isoc.org has  
been extended from 5 June to 9 June.  The official responses may be
posted on 15 June, instead of 12 June, which remains the goal.
