Understood. Seems like rfcmarkup should expect the FF character to be
what creates the page break - I haven't looked at the code.
The point is that users need to be able to read/print the .txt files -
UTF-8 or otherwise. It isn't reasonable to expect that everyone should
only view these files through a processing script - though I appreciate
its utility when available.
