I just tried the plain ASCII version in Wordpad, and it doesn't work at 
all for me. Not sure why.

On the other hand, 
<http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-hoffman-utf8-rfcs-03> works fine in my 
browser, and does print. And it will still print when it contains 
non-ASCII characters.
