You could drop IETF WG vs. IETF non-WG if you want KISS, the
name usually indicates draft-ietf-wg-... vs. draft-non-wg-...

Just an idea.  If you keep queue2.html as is I'm not sure that
draft-shimaoka-multidomain-pki-13.txt belongs into an IETF WG
section.
