[rfc-i] rfc errata HTML format

Hi,

here's a wish for 2008...: it would be great if the RFC errata pages 
(<http://www.rfc-editor.org/errata_search.php?rfc=NNNN>) would assign a 
stable identifier to each erratum, and use that as an anchor in the HTML 
output. For instance, I'd like to be able to link to the first erratum 
for RFC4918 using something like

   <http://www.rfc-editor.org/errata_search.php?rfc=4918#e1>

(extra points for using URLs that are cool, meaning not exposing 
internal implementation issues as a PHP file extension, such as

   <http://www.rfc-editor.org/errata/rfc4918>
