[rfc-i] XML version of the RFC Editor queue

If some people are interested, I've just created a XSLT stylesheet to
transform it in RFC 4287 format.

The stylesheet is attached, the result is available at
http://www.bortzmeyer.org/rfc-editor-queue.atom. Currently, it is
*not* updated automatically because of the problem discussed here.
