The draft suggests ordering content as follows:
7. Body of the Memo [Required]
7c. Security Considerations [Required]
7d. IANA Considerations
RFC 2277, a.k.a. BCP 18 discusses internationalization and says:
In documents that deal with internationalization issues at all, a
synopsis of the approaches chosen for internationalization SHOULD be
collected into a section called "Internationalization
considerations", and placed next to the Security Considerations
For the sake of consistency, does RFC-Editor recommend "next to"
being between Acknowledgments and Security Considerations, or
between Security Considerations and IANA Considerations?
[there should probably be some discussion of this matter in the next
revision of the draft]
