I didn't say they shouldn't be listed: I asked why there was a 
preference for listing them all given that such a preference is not 
as popular these days in the publication field. I'm happy with 
everyone being listed, and I'm happy with a consistent subset being 
listed. And, I'm quite happy that the RFC Editor has given us an easy 
way of copy-and-pasting the references!
