the Location-by-Reference approach using a location Uniform Resource
Identifier (URI) to handle location information within signaling and other
Internet messaging.  This document is not an Internet Standards Track 
specification; it is published for informational purposes.

This document is a product of the Geographic Location/Privacy Working Group of the IETF.
