Section 8.1.4 says:

   | messageScope [scope]       | A marker denoting this Option        |
   |                            | applies to the whole IPFIX message;  |
   |                            | content is ignored.

It should say:

   | messageScope [scope]       | A marker denoting this Option        |
   |                            | applies to the whole IPFIX Message;  |
   |                            | content is ignored.

Notes:

s/IPFIX message/IPFIX Message/

- because that's the technical term defined in RFC5101 to which this draft refers
