It should say:

Section 7.3.1 says:

   Although it was not designed as an exterior gateway protocol, RIP
   (described in Section [7.2.4]) is sometimes used for inter-AS
   routing.

It should say:

   Although it was not designed as an exterior gateway protocol, RIP
   (described in Appendix F.2) is sometimes used for inter-AS
   routing.

Section 4.3.3.6 says:

A router MUST be prepared to receive, reassemble and echo an ICMP Echo Request
datagram at least as the maximum of 576 and the MTUs of all the connected networks.

It should say:

A router MUST be prepared to receive, reassemble and echo an ICMP Echo Request
datagram at least as large as the maximum of 576 and the MTUs of all the
connected networks.
