Notes:

The timezone is missing from the response in Section 7.8.5.

This is probably related to the previous errata (Errata ID: 4154, Errata ID: 4158, Errata ID: 4159), which all corrected the result to return abcd5.ics instead of abcd4.ics (which contains no timezone).

From rfc4791, Section 4.1.:

Calendar object resources contained in calendar collections MUST NOT
contain more than one type of calendar component (e.g., VEVENT,
VTODO, VJOURNAL, VFREEBUSY, etc.) with the exception of VTIMEZONE
components, which **MUST be specified for each unique TZID parameter
value specified in the iCalendar object.**
