Section 5.4 says: 

   namedCurve: Specifies a recommended set of elliptic curve domain

It should say:

   namedcurve: Specifies a recommended set of elliptic curve domain

Notes:

This fixes mismatched names of the variable "namedcurve" in the "Structure of this message" paragraph.
