Section 3.8 says: 

         [foo bar]

   is equivalent to

         *1(foo bar).

It should say:

         [foo bar]

   is equivalent to

         *1(foo/bar).

Notes:


--VERIFIER NOTES--
It seems that the reporter misunderstands what "[foo bar]"
means. It means that "foo bar" (the two tokens together, as a unit)
is optional. It is not suggesting an alternative of "foo" or "bar".
