Section 3.6 says:

                                       [...].  Note that the pre-prefix
   setting can be applied at any granularity, and not necessarily on a
   per-subnet basis.

It should say:

                                       [...].  Note that the per-prefix
   setting can be applied at any granularity, and not necessarily on a
