Section 8.10 says:

   VPN Forwarding Instance (VFI) is a logical entity that resides in a
   PE that includes the router information base and forwarding
   information base for a VPN instance [L3VPN-FRAME].

It should say:

   VPN Forwarding Instance (VFI) is a logical entity that resides in a
   PE that includes the route information base and forwarding
   information base for a VPN instance [L3VPN-FRAME].
