Section 12, pg.43 says:

[[ DESCRIPTION clause for pwPeerMappingPeerAddr OBJECT-TYPE: ]]

|         "IP address of the peer node."

It should say:

|         "IP address of the peer node. The type of this object
           is determined by the value of the corresponding
           pwPeerMappingPeerAddrType object."
