Section 9.1 says:

   A new bit has been allocated from the "Attributes Flags" sub-registry
   of the "RSVP TE Parameters" registry.

It should say:

Notes:

a) Registry heading garbled
b) RFC 5151 -- that's where we are there!

Hint: The IANA registry file is *not* affected.
Apparently the error has been introduced after IANA processing,
or IANA has detected and corrected the issue when updating it.
