Section Section 4 says:

The ":user" argument specifies the user sub-part of the local-part of
an address.  If the address is not encoded to contain a detail sub-
part, then ":user" specifies the entire left side of the address
(equivalent to ":localpart").

It should say:

The ":user" argument specifies the user sub-part of the local-part of
an address.  If the address is not encoded to contain a detail sub-
part, then ":user" specifies the entire left side of the address
(equivalent to ":local-part").

Notes:

Through out the document ":local-part" is hyphenated, except for the instance in the last sentence of the paragraph above.
