Section 4.1, pg.28 says:
BSR Address The address of the bootstrap router for the domain. The format for this address is given in the Encoded-Unicast address in .
It should say:
BSR Address The address of the bootstrap router for the domain. The format | for this address is given in the Encoded-Unicast address format | defined in  and restated in Section 4.
Note: This Erratum was updated by the AD from the original proposal. The original suggested replacing the reference to  with a reference to Section 4. The resolution includes both references.
The notes below were updated to be consistent with this change.
The above quotation is at the bottom of page 28.

In Section 4, on page 24, the RFC purposely restates the terms
"Encoded-Unicast format" and "Encoded-Group format" from  and
