Section 6.2 says: 

      1. Prepare the message schedule W:
         For t = 0 to 15
            Wt = M(i)t
         For t = 16 to 63
            Wt = SSIG1(W(t-2)) + W(t-7) + SSIG0(t-15) + W(t-16)

It should say:

      1. Prepare the message schedule W:
         For t = 0 to 15
            Wt = M(i)t
         For t = 16 to 63
            Wt = SSIG1(W(t-2)) + W(t-7) + SSIG0(W(t-15)) + W(t-16)
